Royer R-121

Developments in magnetics, materials and mechanical construction have made the modern ribbon microphone possible. With sensitivity levelssurpassing those of classic ribbons, the element's smooth frequencyresponse and phase linearity make the R-121 ideally suited for digitalrecording. When used on vocals, guitar amps and acoustic instruments, the R-121 delivers natural tone with striking realism. The figure-8pattern delivers superb ambiance when used for room micing applicationsor orchestral and choral recordings

Royer R-122

aktives Bändchenmikrofon

  • Farbe: Nickel
  • warmer und transparenter Sound
  • Frequenzgang: 30 Hz Í 15 kHz + /- 3 dB
  • Sensitivity: -37 dBV / bez. 1 V/pa +/-1 dB
  • Ausgangsimpedanz: 200 Ohm @ 1 k (nominal)
  • Max. SPL: > 135 dB

Royer Labs introduces the world’s first phantom powered, active ribbon microphones - the R-122, SF-12A and SF-1A. Utilizing the same successful ribbon transducers as found on our Standard R-121 and SF series microphones, the new Active Series microphones deliver all of the deliciously warm, natural tonality that engineers worldwide have come to expect from Royer ribbons, but with 15 dB more gain and electronics that load the ribbon element perfectly.

Royer SF-1

  • Ultraexaktes 1,8 micron Bändchen
  • Extrem geringes Eigenrauschen
  • Bändchenelement unempfindlich gegen Hitze und Feuchtigkeit
  • Richtcharakteristik: Achter
  • Frequenzgang: 30 Hz – 15 kHz +/- 2 dB
  • Sensitivity: -52 dBV / bez. 1 V/pa +/-1 dB
  • Ausgangsimpedanz: 300 Ohm @ 1 k (nominal),
  • Max. SPL > 130 dB
  • Abmessungen: Länge 142 mm , Durchmesser 25 mm
  • Gewicht: 250 g

The SF-1 is an ultra-compact, monaural ribbon microphone, exhibiting flat frequency response and a well-balanced, panoramic soundfield. The SF-1 has superb transient response due to its ultra low-mass 1.8-micron ribbon assembly. Frequency response is excellent regardless of the angle of sound striking the ribbon, and off-axis coloration is negligible.
